摘 要:为消除某矿的煤层突出危险性,并针对其属于容易抽采煤层,本文提出采用穿层钻孔预抽瓦斯技术来防治煤层的突出,并确定钻孔参数:瓦斯抽采负压10 k Pa,抽采时间90 d,穿孔半径75 mm,终孔间距4.5 m,共布置预抽钻孔169个;最后经区域检验和工作面检验,钻孔的瓦斯压力、瓦斯含量及煤屑指标解吸值均小于临界值,且钻孔中无喷孔、夹钻等异常情况,表明该措施可有效消除煤层的突出。In order to eliminate the risk of coal seam outburst in a certain mine and address its easy to extract coal seam,this paper proposes the use of through layer drilling pre gas extraction technology to prevent coal seam outburst.The drilling parameters are determined as follows:gas extraction negative pressure of 10 kPa,extraction time of 90 days,perforation radius of 75 mm,final hole spacing of 4.5 m,and a total of 169 pre extraction drilling holes are arranged.Finally,through regional and working face inspections,the gas pressure,gas content,and coal debris desorption values of the boreholes were all below the critical values,and there were no abnormal situations such as spray holes or drill cuttings in the boreholes,indicating that this measure can effectively eliminate coal seam outbursts.
