摘　　要：安徽碳鑫科技有限公司采用水洗工艺技术,对产品罐区氮封尾气进行处理。详细介绍了该工艺流程和该装置运行效果,并对调试过程中出现的问题及解决措施进行描述,同时对今后想利用该工艺的相似装置提出意见和建议,以期为设备成套商和使用企业废气处理提供参考。Anhui Carbon Xin Technology Co.,Ltd.uses water washing technology to treat the nitrogen sealing tail gas in the product tank farm.The process flow and the operation effect of the device are introduced in detail in this paper.The problems and solutions in the operation process are described,so as to provide a reference for the exhaust gas treatment of similar devices.
