摘 要:介绍了年产100万t焦炉烟气超低排放改造的一种处理工艺系统,即焦炉烟气余热回收除尘脱硫脱硝系统,该系统确立了处理颗粒物、二氧化硫、氮氧化物的多污染物协同治理方案,讨论了该系统的工艺流程和主要设备,以满足超低排放的政策要求。在治理方案确立时还考虑了在满足现阶段排放要求的同时通过设置系统余量和烟气热量回收利用,实现节能降碳,以便适应未来国家对焦炉烟气更严格的排放要求。This article introduces a treatment process system for the ultra-low emission transformation of coke oven flue gas with an annual output of 1 million tons,namely the coke oven flue gas waste heat recovery,dust removal,desulfurization,and denitrification system.The system establishes a multi pollutant collaborative treatment scheme for particulate matter,sulfur dioxide,and nitrogen oxides,and discusses the process flow and main equipment of the system to meet the policy requirements of ultra-low emissions.When establishing the governance plan,consideration was also given to achieving energy conservation and carbon reduction by setting system margins and recovering flue gas heat while meeting current emission requirements,in order to adapt to future stricter national emission requirements for coke oven flue gas.
