摘 要:国六重型燃气车作为新生产机动车的其中一种,是从源头预防和控制机动车污染物排放的重要手段之一。通过对国六重型燃气车氮氧化物排放异常原因进行分析,发现后处理装置擅自拆卸和故障设置是导致氮氧化物超标排放的主要原因,继而提出使用“三法诊断”,即车载问诊法、可视温差法和氧参测点法,提高现场检测检查的准确度,精准锁定问题车辆,并通过I/M制度对问题车辆进行闭环管理,切实减轻国六重型燃气车排气污染对大气环境的影响。As one of the newly produced motor vehicles,China VI heavy-duty gas vehicles are an important means of preventing and controlling the emission of motor vehicle pollutants from the source.By analyzing the causes of abnormal nitrogen oxide emissions from National VI heavy-duty gas vehicles,it was found that unauthorized disassembly and malfunction of the post-treatment device were the main reasons for excessive nitrogen oxide emissions.Therefore,the"three methods of diagnosis"were proposed,namely,on-board diagnosis method,visual temperature difference method,and oxygen reference point method,to improve the accuracy of on-site detection and inspection,accurately identify problematic vehicles,and implement closed-loop management of problematic vehicles through the I/M system,effectively reducing the impact of National VI heavy-duty gas vehicle exhaust pollution on the atmospheric environment.
