摘　　要：在全球化竞争日益激烈的背景下,工业经济作为国民经济的重要支柱,其高质量发展对于推动区域经济增长、提升整体竞争力具有至关重要的作用。重庆市作为中国西南地区的重要城市,其工业经济发展在近年来取得了显著成就,但同时也面临着诸多挑战和问题。因此,探索如何通过有效的政策措施推动重庆市工业经济转型升级、提升整体竞争力,成为当前亟待解决的重要课题。通过深入分析重庆市工业经济发展的问题,结合“放管服”改革的核心理念和实践经验,提出具有针对性和可操作性的实践策略,为重庆市工业经济高质量发展提供有力支撑。The industrial economy and its high-quality development plays a crucial role in promoting regional economic growth and enhancing overall competitiveness.As an important city in Southwest China,Chongqing Municipality has made remarkable achievements in its industrial economic development in recent years,but at the same time faces many challenges and problems.Therefore,exploring how to promote the transformation and upgrading of Chongqing's industrial economy and enhance its overall competitiveness through effective policy measures has become an important issue to be solved.Through in-depth analysis of the problems of Chongqing's industrial economic development,combined with the core concept and practical experience of the"Release Management and Service"reform,we propose targeted and operable practical strategies to provide strong support for the high-quality development of Chongqing's industrial economy.
