摘　　要：依托绿色金融、践行ESG战略是新能源汽车制造业降碳减排提质增效、实现转型升级的科学举措。基于制造业两化融合转型升级概况,选取典型车企为案例对象,综合绿色投融资策略、ESG战略践行效果两个视角,系统剖析两化融合背景下新能源汽车制造业转型升级的有效思路,为加快新能源汽车制造业转型升级提供有益借鉴。Relying on green finance and practicing ESG strategy is a scientific initiative for new energy automobile manufacturing industry to reduce carbon emission,improve quality and efficiency,and achieve transformation and upgrading.Based on the overview of the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry through the integration of two-dimensional,selecting typical car enterprises as case objects,integrating green investment and financing strategies,ESG strategy practice effect two perspectives,systematic analysis of new energy automobile manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading of the background of the integration of two-dimensional effective ideas,to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of new energy automobile manufacturing industry to provide a useful reference.
