摘 要:无线通信技术在数字化背景下的工业应用中,存在难以确保数据传输的可靠性和稳定性的问题。通过将工业现场总线的串口与无线、以太网与无线、串口与以太网互联,同时融入OPC UA技术,在生产线中采取四层结构的无线通信结构,实现对数字化下无线通信关键技术的应用。结果表明:采取关键技术的数据集在数据采集层进行分析处理后,保留了原始数据的变化趋势,也通过设定的数据优先级,向管理层反馈有用且平稳的数据集,同时,每月为工业生产企业增加利润17万元。Wireless communication technology in industrial applications under the background of digitization has the problem of difficulty in ensuring the reliability and stability of data transmission.By interconnecting the serial port and wireless,Ethernet and wireless,serial port and Ethernet of industrial fieldbus,and at the same time integrating the OPC UA technology,the four-layer structure of wireless communication structure is adopted in the production line to realize the application of the key technology of wireless communication in the context of digitization.The results show that the data set adopting the key technology retains the change trend of the original data after analyzing and processing in the data acquisition layer,and also feeds back the useful and smooth data set to the management through the set data priority,and at the same time,it increases the profit of 170,000 RMB per month for the industrial production enterprise.
