摘 要:在当前电子设备日益微型化和高度集成化的背景下,电子电器产品的开发与其电磁兼容性紧密相关。电磁兼容性测试技术确保设备在各种电磁环境下能够稳定运行,防止其产生干扰影响其他设备。分析了电磁兼容性测试技术在电子电器产品开发中的应用,包括电磁干扰的识别、电磁敏感性的测试不足以及设备对环境电磁干扰的响应问题。提出了优化策略,如扩展测试频率范围、采用现场测试、整合先进仿真技术以及动态适应技术,提高测试的准确性和产品的电磁适应性。解决电子电器产品在设计和制造过程中面临的电磁干扰问题,增强其在复杂电磁环境下的性能稳定性和安全性,提升产品的市场竞争力和用户体验。In the current context of increasingly miniaturised and highly integrated electronic equipment,the development of electronic and electrical products is closely related to its electromagnetic compatibility.Electromagnetic compatibility testing technology to ensure that the equipment in a variety of electromagnetic environments can operate stably,to prevent interference affecting other equipment.The application of EMC testing technology in the development of electrical and electronic products is analysed,including the identification of electromagnetic interference,the inadequate testing of electromagnetic sensitivity,and the response of equipment to environmental electromagnetic interference.Optimisation strategies are proposed,such as extending the test frequency range,adopting on-site testing,integrating advanced simulation techniques,and dynamic adaptation techniques,to improve the accuracy of testing and the electromagnetic adaptability of products.It solves the electromagnetic interference problems faced by electronic and electrical products in the design and manufacturing process,enhances their performance stability and safety in complex electromagnetic environments,and improves the market competitiveness and user experience of the products.
