天然酯与矿物绝缘油性能对比及变压器应用验证

摘  要:天然酯凭借其高燃点和生物可降解性,在变压器应用领域实现了对矿物油的部分替代,形成了工业应用在前,理论研究在后的局面。天然酯应用于变压器产品的性能研究集中于电场和温度场,前者研究工作稍作,温度场研究尚处于起步阶段。天然酯与各组成部件之间的热交换程度、油液自身的对流速度,与灌注矿物油条件下存在多大差异,需要定量分析,并对成因开展理论层面的机理研究。Natural esters,with their high ignition point and biodegradability,have partially replaced mineral oils in the field of transformer applications,forming a situation in which industrial applications are in the forefront and theoretical researches are in the background.The research on the performance of natural ester applied to transformer products focuses on the electric field and temperature field,the former research work is slightly done,and the temperature field research is still in the beginning stage.Natural ester and the degree of heat exchange between the components of the group,the convection velocity of the oil itself,and the filling of mineral oil under the conditions of how much difference exists,need to quantitatively analyse,and on the causes of the theoretical level of mechanistic research.
