摘  要:滨海电厂普遍采用直流海水冷却水系统。为解决海水中藻类、贝类生物在冷却系统繁殖产生管道污堵与腐蚀的问题,需要对取水口加入大量次氯酸钠进行处理。滨海电厂普遍应用电解海水制取次氯酸钠,针对电解海水制氯装置运行特点,结合设备运行性能,从设备常见的故障进行描述,并阐述解决方案,以便于提高设备管理的经济性。DC seawater cooling water system is commonly used in coastal power plants.In order to solve the problem of pipeline fouling and corrosion caused by the propagation of algae and shellfish organisms in seawater in the cooling system,it is necessary to add a large amount of sodium hypochlorite to the water intake for treatment.The coastal power plant commonly used electrolytic seawater to produce sodium hypochlorite,for electrolytic seawater chlorine plant operating characteristics,combined with the operating performance of the equipment,from the equipment to describe the common failures,and explain the solution,in order to improve the economy of equipment management.
