摘　　要：依托价值链系统推进两化融合是煤炭工业节能降碳、降本增效、实现绿色高质量发展的战略举措。基于煤炭业转型升级概况,选取典型煤企为案例对象,综合转型的路径与绩效两个视角,系统剖析煤企加快转型升级的有效思路,为助推煤炭工业谋求高质量可持续发展提供有益的借鉴。Relying on the value chain system to promote the integration of dualisation is a strategic initiative for the coal industry to save energy and reduce carbon,reduce costs and increase efficiency,and achieve green and high-quality development.Based on the overview of the transformation and upgrading of the coal industry,a typical coal enterprise is selected as the case object,and the path of transformation and performance are integrated from two perspectives to systematically analyse the effective ideas of accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the coal enterprises,so as to provide a useful reference for boosting the coal industry to seek high-quality and sustainable development.
