绿色金融推动制造业高端化发展的路径研究

摘　　要：近年来,绿色金融得到了迅速发展,并与实体经济深度融合,成为了促进国民经济高质量发展的新动力。制造业是国民经济的命脉,制造业高端化是推进中国式现代化的重要任务。用熵值法构建制造业高端化发展指标和绿色金融发展指标,根据我国2011—2020年的省级面板数据,考察绿色金融对制造业高端化发展的影响及其作用机制。研究结果表明,绿色金融可以通过资本导向机制与项目筛选机制参与制造业技术创新活动,显著促进制造业高端化发展。进一步研究发现,属地为东部地区的企业绿色金融对制造业高端化发展的促进作用较中部、西部地区的企业要好。最后,针对如何利用绿色金融促进制造业高端化发展提出了对策建议。This paper constructs indicators for the high-end development of the manufacturing industry and the development of green finance using the entropy method.Based on provincial panel data from China for the period 2011-2020,it examines the impact of green finance on the high-end development of the manufacturing industry and its mechanisms.The research results indicate that green finance can significantly promote the high-end development of manufacturing through capital-oriented mechanisms and project screening mechanisms,particularly by participating in technological innovation activities in the manufacturing sector.Further analysis reveals that green finance has a more significant positive impact for enterprises located in the eastern regions compared to those in the central and western regions.Finally,the paper proposes policy recommendations for how green finance could promote the high-end development of the manufacturing industry.
