ESG理念下国电电力可持续发展绩效评价体系构建

摘　　要：基于ESG理念,结合国电电力实际情况,构建了包含经济、环境、社会责任和公司治理四个维度的可持续发展绩效评价指标体系。运用熵权法确定各指标权重,借助TOPSIS-灰色关联法对国电电力近五年的可持续发展绩效进行量化评价和分析。结果显示,国电电力在可持续发展绩效方面整体表现良好,但仍存在一些不足,如经济维度绩效相对较差,环境治理仍需加强等。提出了相应的改进建议,旨在帮助国电电力进一步提升可持续发展绩效,并为其他电力企业提供参考。Based on the ESG concept and the actual situation of Guodian Power,a sustainable development performance evaluation index system is constructed,which includes four dimensions of economy,environment,social responsibility and corporate governance.The entropy weighting method is used to determine the weights of each index,and the sustainable development performance of Guodian Power in the past five years is quantitatively evaluated and analysed with the help of TOPSIS-grey correlation method.The results show that Guodian Power performs well in sustainable development performance as a whole,but there are still some deficiencies,such as relatively poor performance in economic dimension and environmental governance still needs to be strengthened.Corresponding suggestions for improvement are put forward,aiming to help Guodian Power further improve its sustainable development performance and provide reference for other power enterprises.
