摘  要:动叶可调轴流式风机变频驱动的研究与应用,可广泛适用于国内所有大容量风机当中,对于火力发电厂,尤其在机组深度调峰、现货交易等低负荷区间工况下,有着降低厂用电率、节能优化运行的重要意义。基于此,对动叶可调轴流式风机变频驱动改造的背景、主要做法以及效果进行了阐述。验证了动叶可调轴流式风机变频驱动改造对于火力发电厂而言具有降低厂用电率、实现节能优化运行的重要作用。The research and application of frequency conversion drive of moving-blade adjustable axial fan can be widely applied to all large-capacity fans in China,which is of great significance for thermal power plants to reduce the plant power consumption rate and optimise energy-saving operation,especially in the working conditions of low load zones such as in-depth peaking of the unit and spot trading.Based on this,the background,main practice,and effect of the variable frequency drive retrofit of the moving-blade adjustable axial fan are described.It is verified that the inverter drive retrofit of the dynamic lobe adjustable axial fan has an important role in reducing the plant power consumption rate and realising energy-saving and optimal operation for thermal power plants.
