摘  要:针对火电厂低压厂用电系统发生单相接地越级跳闸故障,采用剩余电流型单相短路保护方案来过滤不平衡电流,提高灵敏度。选择零序电流保护方案,避免发生拒动情况。通过使用防越级跳闸保护系统,保证了火电厂供电系统正常运行时间延长至17530 h,故障发生率≤1.35%,大范围降低了运营成本。For the occurrence of single-phase ground tripping fault in the low-voltage power system of thermal power plant,residual current type single-phase short-circuit protection scheme is adopted to filter the unbalanced current and improve the sensitivity.The zero sequence current protection scheme is selected to avoid the occurrence of refusal.By using the anti-step trip protection system,it ensures that the normal operation time of the power supply system of the thermal power plant is extended to 17,530 h,and the fault incidence rate is≤1.35%,which reduces the operation cost in a wide range.
