摘  要:目的 探讨以家庭为主导的延伸性干预方案对老年脑卒中偏瘫患者的应用价值。方法 纳入2022年1月—2023年8月三明市第一医院诊治的144例老年脑卒中偏瘫患者,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和研究组各72例。对照组接受常规干预,研究组接受以家庭为主导的延伸性干预方案。比较两组患者的依从性、心理状态、运动功能和步态参数。结果 研究组依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预6个月后,研究组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分低于对照组;而研究组Fugl-Meyer量表评分、步速、步频、步长高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在老年脑卒中偏瘫患者中,开展以家庭为主导的延伸性干预方案,可提升患者依从性,改善心理状态和运动功能,并增强步态变化。Objective To explore the application value of a family led extended intervention program for elderly stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods A total of 144 elderly stroke patients with hemiplegia treated at Sanming First Hospital from January 2022 to August 2023 were included in the study.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 72 patients in each group.The control group received routine intervention,while the study group received a family led extended intervention program.The compliance,psychological status,motor function,and gait parameters between two groups of patients were compared.Results The compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,while the Fugl-Meyer assessment scores,step speed,step frequency,and stride length of the research group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In elderly stroke patients with hemiplegia,implementing a family led extended intervention program can improve patient compliance,improve psychological status and motor function,and enhance gait changes.
