行为护理配合局部亚低温干预对蛛网膜下腔出血患者预后的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨行为护理配合局部亚低温干预对蛛网膜下腔出血患者预后的影响。方法 选择2021年1月—2022年12月鄂钢医院收治的80例蛛网膜下腔出血患者,随机分为常规组和观察组各40例。常规组接受常规护理联合局部亚低温干预,观察组给予行为护理联合局部亚低温干预。比较两组患者的行为能力、认知能力和并发症发生情况。结果 干预后,观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分低于对照组,而健康行为能力自评量表评分、简易智力状态检查表评分、洛文斯顿作业疗法认知成套测试评分、蒙特利尔认知量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 行为护理联合局部亚低温干预可显著提高蛛网膜下腔出血患者的行为能力和认知能力,并且降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the effect of behavioral nursing combined with local hypothermia intervention on the prognosis of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods Eighty patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage admitted to Egang Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were collected and randomly divided into a conventional group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The routine group received local routine nursing intervention combined with local hypothermia intervention,while the observation group received behavioral nursing combined with local hypothermia intervention.The behavioral ability,cognitive ability,and incidence of complications between two groups of patients were compared.Results After intervention,the National Institutes of Health stroke scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,while the self-rated abilities for health practices scale score,mini-mental state examination score,Loewenstein occupational therapy cognition assessment score,and Montreal cognitive assessment scale score were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Behavioral nursing combined with local hypothermia intervention can significantly improve the behavioral and cognitive abilities of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage,and reduce the incidence of complications.
