基于人文关怀的精细化护理在甲状腺肿瘤腔镜微创手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨基于人文关怀的精细化护理在甲状腺肿瘤腔镜微创手术中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年9月—2023年9月在哈尔滨医科大学附属肿瘤医院接受腔镜微创治疗的甲状腺肿瘤患者86例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各43例。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组接受基于人文关怀的精细化护理干预。比较两组患者的负性情绪、遵医行为和生活质量。结果 干预后,观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组遵医嘱用药、按时休息、规律饮食、按时复查比例均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组癌症治疗功能评价系统-共性模块量表各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于人文关怀的精细化护理应用于甲状腺肿瘤腔镜微创手术中,可改善患者的负性情绪,提高患者的遵医行为和生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of refined nursing based on humanistic care in minimally invasive endoscopic surgery for thyroid tumors.Methods Eighty-six patients with thyroid tumors who received minimally invasive endoscopic treatment at Harbin Medical University Affiliated Cancer Hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 43 patients in each group,by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing interventions,while the observation group received refined nursing interventions based on humanistic care.The negative emotions,compliance behavior,and quality of life between two groups of patients were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The ratios of medication adherence,regular rest,regular diet,and timely follow-up of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of functional assessment of cancer therapy-general in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined nursing based on humanistic care in minimally invasive endoscopic surgery for thyroid tumors could improve patients'negative emotions,enhance their compliance with medical treatment,and improve their quality of life.
