摘　　要：近年来,绿色物流作为现代物流业的重要发展方向,对于郑州市的可持续发展具有重要意义。文章通过灰关联-层次分析法构建了一个多层次的分析结构模型,以将复杂的影响因素进行条理化、层次化处理,同时通过定性与定量相结合的方式,确定了各因素之间的权重。研究结果表明,信息化管理水平、物流部门间协调、物流从业人员素质、消费者环保意识等是推动郑州市绿色物流发展的重要因素。最后,文章结合当地实际情况提出了针对性的改进策略,对于促进郑州市绿色物流的可持续发展具有重要的参考价值。In recent years,green logistics,as an essential development direction of modern logistics industry,holds a great significance for the sustainable development of Zhengzhou.The paper constructs a multi-level analytical structural model through the grey relational analysis-analytic hierarchy process,in order to systematize and stratify complex influencing factors.By combining qualitative and quantitative methods,the weights among various factors are determined.The research results indicate that information management level,coordination among logistics departments,quality of logistics personnel,and consumers'environmental awareness are significant factors driving the development of green logistics in Zhengzhou.Finally,targeted improvement strategies are proposed based on local conditions,which have important reference value for promoting the sustainable development of green logistics in Zhengzhou.
