摘　　要：文章基于乡村振兴的战略背景,提出在农村地区构建高效物流体系,以促进农村经济、社会、文化各个层面的发展与繁荣。基于以上背景,文章分析了乡村振兴视域下构建农村高效物流体系的意义,包括优化资源配置,促进农村绿色可持续发展,以及加快产业融合,提高农村生活质量两方面。同时,文章基于当前农村物流体系现状提出了乡村振兴视域下构建农村高效物流体系的困境,包括农村高效物流体系的配套基础设施不足、农村高效物流体系的信息化建设进程缓慢、农村高效物流体系人才队伍的专业水平不足、农村物流服务市场化程度低,以及市场主体发展受限,并提出了乡村振兴视域下农村高效物流体系的构建策略,包括加大资金投入,完善配套基础设施的建设,加快信息化建设,数字赋能高效物流体系构建,加强人才培训,提高农村物流人才队伍综合素质,以及创建协同平台,整合农村物流市场和企业资源,以期从多个层面为乡村地区高效物流体系的建设实践提供参考,助力乡村振兴。Based on the strategic background of rural revitalization,the paper proposes to build an efficient logistics system in rural areas to promote the development and prosperity of rural economy,society and culture at all levels.Based on the above background,the paper analyzes the significance of building an efficient rural logistics system from the perspective of rural revitalization,including optimizing resource allocation,promoting rural green and sustainable development,accelerating industrial integration,and improving rural life quality.At the same time,based on the current situation of the rural logistics system,the paper puts forward the existing difficulties in building an efficient rural logistics system from the perspective of rural revitalization,which mainly include insufficient supporting infrastructure for the rural efficient logistics system,slow informatization construction process of the rural efficient logistics system,insufficient professional level of the talent team in the rural efficient logistics system,low degree of marketization of rural logistics services,and limited development of market players.In addition,the construction strategies of the rural efficient logistics system from the perspective of rural revitalization are proposed,including increasing the capital investment,improving the construction of supporting infrastructure,accelerating the construction of informatization,building an efficient logistics system with digital empowerment,strengthening personnel training,improving the comprehensive quality of rural logistics personnel,creating a collaborative platform to integrating the rural logistics market and enterprise resources,so as to provide references for the practice of efficient logistics system construction in rural areas from all levels,and support the rural revitalization.
