摘  要:针对在多式联运过程中,传统路径优化方法在面对不确定需求时,因难以充分发挥承运商运输优势而出现的成本居高不下难题,文章提出了一个以需求为优先级,结合承运商评价体系的多式联运路径优化模型。该模型旨在优化承运商的组合方式,形成适应不同运输场景的临时联盟,并结合改进的极值自适应遗传算法,降低多式联运的总成本或提高运输效率,同时确保运输的时效性和可靠性。算例实验表明,在不确定环境下考虑承运商组合的鲁棒路径优化模型能在具有大量承运商的物流联盟环境下显著降低运输成本,为提高物流系统的效率和服务质量提供有力支持。In response to the challenge that the traditional path optimization methods in the process of multi-modal transportation are difficult to fully leverage carriers'transportation advantages and result in high costs under uncertain demand,the paper presents a multi-modal transportation route optimization model that prioritizes demand and integrates carrier evaluation systems.The model aims to optimize the combination of carriers to establish temporary alliances adaptable to various transport scenarios,and employ an enhanced extreme adaptive genetic algorithm to reduce the total costs of multi-modal transportation or enhance the transport efficiency while ensuring the timeliness and reliability of transportation.The experimental case study demonstrates that the robust path optimization model considering carrier combinations in uncertain environments can significantly reduce transportation costs in a logistics alliance with numerous carriers,and provide powerful supports for enhancing the efficiency and service quality of logistics systems.
