摘　　要：文章聚焦于安全领导力在提升化工企业安全生产中的重要性,旨在探索和分析安全领导力如何通过构建积极的安全文化和实施全员安全责任制来促进化工企业生产的安全性。有效的安全领导力不仅能够明确安全责任,强化员工的安全意识,还能通过建立开放的沟通机制和鼓励员工参与安全管理,从而营造一个以安全为核心的企业文化。This paper focuses on the importance of safety leadership in improving the safety production of chemical enterprises,aiming to explore and analyze how safety leadership can promote the safety of production in chemical enterprises by building a positive safety culture and implementing a full staff safety responsibility system.Effective safety leadership can not only clarify safety responsibilities and strengthen employee safety awareness,but also create a safety centered corporate culture by establishing open communication mechanisms and encouraging employee participation in safety management.
