摘 要:为提高加油站油气回收检测的准确性,针对检测过程中存在爆炸极限过高的问题,提出一种新型检测方法。在分析油气回收必要性、辨识改造风险的基础上,建立可燃气体浓度检测模型并设定防爆模式。选择2种传统检测方法作为对比实验,对不同输出压力条件下的爆炸极限进行测试。结果表明,与2种传统检测方法相比,新型检测方法爆炸极限更低,爆炸极限范围更小。说明新型检测方法适用范围更广,实用性更强。In order to improve the accuracy of oil and gas recovery detection in petrol stations,a new detection method is proposed to address the problem of high explosion limit in the detection process.On the basis of analysing the necessity of oil and gas recovery and identifying the risk of retrof itting,a combustible gas concentration detection model is established and an explosion-proof mode is set.Two traditional detection methods are chosen as comparison experiments,and the explosion limits under different output pressure conditions are tested.The results show that compared with the two traditional detection methods,the new detection method has a lower explosion limit and a smaller explosion limit range.This indicates that the new detection method has a wider scope of application and is more practical.
