摘 要:文章旨在探讨复合胺法在煤化工尾气脱硫中的应用,分析了气体预处理、脱硫吸收、富液再生及硫磺回收等工艺环节。通过实验研究了不同操作参数对脱硫效果的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件。结果表明,采用特定配比的MDEA(甲基二乙醇胺)和PZ(哌嗪)组成的复合胺溶液,在优化后的循环倍率和进气量条件下,H2S去除率显著,脱硫剂利用率较高。本研究为复合胺法在煤化工尾气脱硫领域的推广应用提供了理论依据和数据支持。This paper aims to explore the application of the composite amine method in the desulfurization of coal chemical industry tail gases.It analyzes the process segments such as gas pretreatment,desulfurization absorption,rich liquid regeneration,and sulfur recovery.Through experiments,the influence of different operating parameters on the desulfurization effect was studied,and the optimal process conditions were determined.The results indicate that using a composite amine solution composed of a specif ic ratio of MDEA and PZ,under optimized circulation rates and inlet gas flow conditions,the removal rate of H2S is signif icant,and the utilization rate of the desulfurizing agent is high.This study provides a theoretical basis and data support for the promotion and application of the composite amine method in the field of desulfurization for coal chemical industry tail gases.
