摘　　要：随着学科交叉、融合,高校实验室化学品使用不仅限于传统学科和专业,其种类和数量迅速增加。特别是科研实验室,从事的是探索性、创新性、风险性的实验,加之学生新手多、流动大、习惯差的特点,导致管理难度大,实验风险高。文章针对高校实验室化学品出入库动态台账管理存在的问题,采取低成本设计模式,利用二维码等数字化手段,开发一套操作便捷、适用广泛的信息化管理系统,并制定相应的管理制度,通过制度化的管理模式,实现化学品入库、领用、归还、出库的信息化管理全覆盖,保障实验室的安全。With the crossover and integration of disciplines,the use of laboratory chemicals in universities is not limited to traditional disciplines and specialties,but its types and quantities are increasing rapidly.In particular,the scientif ic research laboratory is engaged in exploratory,innovative and risky experiments,coupled with the characteristics of many new students,large flow and poor habits,resulting in diff icult management and high experimental risks.Aiming at the problems existing in the dynamic ledger management of chemicals in and out of the laboratory in universities,this paper adopts a low-cost design model,uses twodimensional code and other digital means to develop a set of convenient and widely applicable information management system,and formulates corresponding management system.Through the institutionalized management mode,the information management of chemicals in,receiving,returning and out of the warehouse can be fully covered.Ensure the safety of the laboratory.
