单因素法考察胡桃醌纳米结构脂质载体的制备工艺

摘  要:通过单因素实验法筛选制备胡桃醌纳米结构脂质载体的工艺条件。采用乳化超声-低温固化法制备胡桃醌纳米结构脂质载体。采用单因素法,以包封率为考察指标,考察药脂比、表面活性剂浓度、搅拌时间、超声功率、搅拌速度对胡桃醌纳米结构脂质载体包封率的影响,以此筛选出影响胡桃醌纳米结构脂质载体包封率的因素水平。结果表明,胡桃醌纳米结构脂质载体最佳处方工艺为单硬脂酸甘油酯51 mg,吐温80308 mg,超声功率100 W,搅拌时间6 min,搅拌速度2500 r/min,在最适条件下,胡桃醌纳米结构脂质载体包封率为70.9%。药脂比、表面活性剂浓度及搅拌时间对胡桃醌纳米结构脂质载体的包封率影响最大。To prepare juglone nanostructured lipid carriers.Walnut quinone nanostructured lipid carriers were prepared by emulsif ication ultrasonication and low temperature curing.The single factor method was used to investigate the effects of drug-lipid ratio,surfactant concentration,stirring time,ultrasonic power,and stirring speed on the encapsulation eff iciency of juglone nanostructure lipid carriers,so as to screen out the factors affecting the encapsulation eff iciency of juglone nanostructure lipid carriers.The results indicate that the optimal formulation process of juglone nanostructure lipid carrier was glyceryl monstearate 51 mg,tween 80308 mg,ultrasonic power 100 W,stirring time 6 min,stirring speed 2500 r/min.Under the optimal conditions,walnut quinone nanostructure lipid carrier coating at a rate of 70.9%.The drug-lipid ratio,surfactant concentration and stirring time have the greatest influence on the encapsulation eff iciency of the preparation.
