铁力木花精油对4种真菌的抗菌活性研究

摘　　要：为研究铁力木鲜花精油抗真菌活性,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取铁力木鲜花精油,用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)对精油成分进行鉴定分析,采用抗菌实验研究了精油对4种病原真菌的抗菌活性。结果显示,铁力木鲜花精油含量较高;从铁力木鲜花精油中鉴定出α-古芸烯、α-胡椒烯等14个化合物;该精油对真菌絮状表皮癣菌和石膏样小孢子菌的抑制作用较强,抑制率分别为94.022%±0.330%和59.779%±0.873%,MIC50分别为1.392μg/mL和38.811μg/mL;对红色毛癣菌和白色念珠菌抑制作用相对较弱。研究结果为开发治疗絮状表皮癣菌、石膏样小孢子菌引起的疾病提供新思路,为新型抗真菌药物研发及治疗新方法提供科学依据。In order to study the antifungal activity of the essential oil of Mesua ferrea L.Flowers,the essential oil was extracted by steam distillation,identif ied and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),and the antibacterial activity of the essential oil against 4 pathogenic fungi was studied by antibacterial experiment.The results showed that the content of essential oil in the flower was higher.Fourteen compounds,such asα-guassene andα-piperene,were identif ied from the essential oil of Mesua ferrea L.Flowers.The inhibition rate of the oil was 94.022%±0.330%and 59.779%±0.873%,respectively,and the MIC50 was 1.392μg/mL and 38.811μg/mL,respectively.The inhibitory effect on trichophyton rubrum and Candida albicans was relatively weak.The results of this study provide a new idea for the development and treatment of diseases caused by Epidermophyton floccus and microspora gypsiformis,and provide a scientif ic basis for the development of new antifungal drugs and new treatment methods.
