摘  要:海底管道终端(PLET)是水下生产系统的常用设施,为油气田水下回接提供接口。文章针对南海某深水项目中PLET的安装问题,提出了一种基于船尾R-lay式方法的解决方案。由于吊机作业空间有限、PLET尺寸较大,难以在R-tower上完成浮筒的连接与Yoke翻转,提出将浮筒与PLET连接后在水中翻转的方法,完成PLET的下放。在此基础上,结合项目实例,对457 mm深水大型结构物R-lay安装方案进行了研究,包括工程背景、作业船及设备情况、PHS和PMA系统的设计参数、安装作业等内容。该方法填补了国内在R-lay安装结构物方面的空白,并对实际工程中可能遇到的问题提供了解决策略。The submarine pipeline terminal(PLET)is a common facility for subsea production systems,providing an interface for subsea tie-back of oil and gas fields.In this paper,a solution based on the stern R-lay method is proposed for the installation of PLET in a deep-water project in the South China Sea.Due to the limited working space of the crane and the large size of the PLET,it is diff icult to complete the connection of the buoy and the Yoke flip on the R-tower.A method of connecting the buoy with the PLET and flipping it in the water is proposed to complete the installation of the PLET.On this basis,combined with the project example,the R-lay installation scheme of 457 mm deep-water large-scale structure is studied,including engineering background,operation ship and equipment,design parameters of PHS and PMA systems,installation operation and so on.This method f ills the gap in R-lay installation structure,but also provides a solution strategy for the problems that may be encountered in practical engineering.
