摘 要:劳动关系是社会中至关重要的一环,其性质直接反映了领导政党的本质和宗旨。不同性质的政党代表着不同阶级的利益,这在劳动关系领域中表现为对资本和劳动者的不同立场和价值追求。从理论层面来看,政党的属性、政党的思想以及话语体系,作为运行机制中的元素,塑造了劳动关系理论的基本架构。放眼劳动关系发展历程,政党不仅通过政策和法律塑造了劳动市场的框架,而且在文化和意识形态层面对工人阶级产生了深刻的影响。从实践逻辑来看,政党在“为谁服务”上所作的努力是决定性影响因素,在理论和实践的互动中,逐渐演化形成一种推动发展的逻辑,随着时空变化而动态调整,劳动关系的现状呈现出一种自然的延续。The nature of labor relations reflects the the essence and purpose of the leading party.Unlike developed Western countries,the most notable feature of labor relations in China is the leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC).Different political parties represent the interests of different classes,which manifests different stances and value pursuits towards capital or workers in labor relations,and affects the system arrangement.From the theoretical view,the core values of political parties directly shape the basic structure of labor relations theory.Labor relations have gone through many changes under the leadership of political parties in history.In practice,the current state of labor relations presents a natural continuation.Labor relations are an important measure of political parties’attributes which demonstrating two outcomes of different natures:one is the development of pursuing the common prosperity of all people,while the other is the trend of polarization between the rich and the poor.The basic philosophy of the CPC,the government intervention,and the development direction and effectiveness of labor relations have all promoted a harmonious labor relationship of achieving shared growth through consultation and collaboration.
