摘　　要：世界经济论坛的全球化影响力多年来一直饱受质疑和批判,但是并没有引起学界应有的重视。本文在马克思主义政治经济学的理论框架内分析发现,世界经济论坛倡导的“国际经济合作与交流”宗旨,本质上是不断促进跨国垄断资本的合作与交流,而一贯讨论的亟须解决的诸多世界经济热点问题,总体来看是如何有助于缓解垄断资本全球化积累所形成的不平衡不稳定的发展问题。进一步讲,由于世界经济论坛很难从根本上影响资本全球化的逐利、剥削、垄断等本性以及深层次的长期积累演化规律,以致论坛越是积极推动资本主义经济全球化的稳定性发展,结果越易于强化资本主义经济逆全球化的不稳定性对抗,也就是说,论坛活动不可能有效调和资本全球化积累形成的内生性二元悖论。由此可见,若没有世界经济秩序的变革重构和机制创新,论坛的新自由主义倾向对于应对及预防经济全球化的资本主义危机并实现其平衡且可持续发展,就不可能真正发挥“药到病除”的治本疗效。The Influenced by Globalization of World Economic Forum had for years been questioned and criticized,but it has not aroused enough attention of academic circles.In the theoretic analysis framework of Marxist political economy,it is found that the“international economic cooperation and interflow”to be achieved by the Forum is essentially the cooperation and interflow of international monopoly capital,and many hot issues of world economy always discussed the urgent need to resolve is actually how to ease the uneven and unsustainable development caused by the globalization of monopoly capital accumulation.Further analysis shows that it is difficult for the Forum to fundamentally impact the nature of capital globalization,such as profit-seeking,exploitation and monopoly,and the underlying law of accumulation and evolution,then reconciles difficultly the binary antinomy of capital accumulation that the more it promotes the stable development of capitalist economic globalization,the easier it will be to reduce the unstable antagonism of capitalist economic antiglobalization.As a result,without the reform,reconstruction and institutional innovation of the world economic order,the neoliberal tendency of the Forum cannot really play a“cure for the disease”in mitigating and preventing the capitalist crisis of economic globalization and achieving its balanced and sustainable development.
