摘　　要：近年来,“全球南方”成为牵动国际社会的重要议题,凸显百年未有之大变局下南北国家力量对比的新变化与新趋势。自资本主义全球扩张以来,西方价值体系与知识体系长期主导国际格局与人类文明进程,成为制约“全球南方”自主发展、安全交往与文明融通的历史羁绊。随着世界多极化格局的演进和“全球南方”的集体觉醒,具有广泛代表性的“全球南方”肩负起构建全球南方自主知识体系、探索自主发展的最优路径、建立公正合理的国际新秩序的时代使命。作为世界上最大的发展中国家,中国是“全球南方”的天然成员,中国式现代化与中国全球倡议为“全球南方”实现自主发展、共同安全与文明图景,提供了中国智慧与中国力量。在构建人类命运共同体美好愿景的感召下,中国与“全球南方”携手共进,必将重塑人类文明进程,开辟人类文明共生共荣的新时代。In recent years,the“Global South”has become an important issue affecting the international community,highlighting the new changes and trends in the power contrast between the North and the South under the unprecedented changes of the past century.Since the global expansion of capitalism,the Western value system and knowledge system have long dominated the international landscape and the process of human civilization,and have become the historical constraints on the independent development,security exchanges and civilizational integration of the“Global South”.With the evolution of the world’s multi-polarization pattern and the collective awakening of the“Global South”,the broadly representative“Global South”has shouldered the mission of the times to build the knowledge system of the Global South,explore a new path of independent development,and reshape the new international political and economic order.China is a natural member of the Global South,and Chinese modernization and China’s global initiatives have provided Chinese wisdom and strength for the Global South to realize autonomous development,common security and innovative civilization.Inspired by the beautiful vision of building a community of shared future for mankind,China and the Global South will work hand in hand to reshape the course of human civilization and open up a new era of coexistence and co-prosperity of human civilization.
