摘　　要：环境保护禁止令保全措施是环境司法工作的有益探索,也是我国司法领域贯彻落实绿色发展理念的重要成果。作为具有及时干预和有效防治作用的重要制度,禁止令的有效适用可以化解环境生态类纠纷并达到保护公共环境利益的目的。环境保护禁止令既有行为保全制度的特点,又能够体现出环境保护的生态需求。现阶段我国环境保护禁止令虽发挥了一定的生态保护功能,但还不够充分。对此,可以通过强化环境损害程度认定中的专家参与、细化担保规则、优化救济程序等方式,更大限度地发挥禁止令保全措施在环境司法中的作用,从而更好地满足人民日益增长的优美生态环境需要。Environmental protection injunction preservation measures are a useful exploration of environmental judicial work,and also an important achievement of implementing the concept of green development in China's judicial field.As an important system with timely intervention and effective prevention and control,the effective application of injunction can resolve environmental and ecological disputes and achieve the purpose of protecting public environmental interests.Environmental protection injunction not only has the characteristics of behavior preservation system,but also reflects the ecological requirements of environmental protection.At present,the environmental protection prohibition order in China has played a certain ecological protection function,but it is not enough.In this regard,by strengthening the participation of experts in the determination of environmental damage,refining the guarantee rules and optimizing the relief procedures,we can give full play to the role of injunction preservation measures in environmental justice,so as to better meet the people's growing needs for beautiful ecological environment.
