摘  要:工业大规模制氢以煤和天然气为主,其中天然气制氢的产品中主要杂质为甲烷、CO、CO_(2)、甲酸、甲醛等,为得到高纯氢气必须将这些杂质深度脱除。氢气的纯化技术主要包括变压吸附法、膜分离法及固定床吸附法,主要针对天然气制氢固定床吸附提纯氢气技术中脱甲烷、CO、CO_(2)、甲酸、甲醛吸附剂研究进展综述分析,为天然气制氢及氢气纯化技术提供新思路。Large-scale industrial hydrogen production mainly uses coal and natural gas as raw materials.Main impurities in hydrogen product made from natural gas include methane,CO,CO_(2),formic acid,formaldehyde,etc.,which must be deeply removed to obtain high purity hydrogen.Hydrogen purification technologies mainly include pressure swing adsorption,membrane separation and fixed bed adsorption.This review expounds the research progress in the adsorbents for removing methane,CO,CO_(2),formic acid and formaldehyde in fixed bed adsorption purification process for hydrogen made from natural gas,providing new ideas for natural gas to hydrogen and hydrogen purification technologies.
