摘 要:采用微波辅助合成制备一种油溶性钼基催化剂,并将其应用于煤与生物油的浆态床加氢共炼反应体系。结果表明,催化剂硫化形成的高分散纳米MoS_(2)具有丰富边缘活性位点,在800μg/g加量下反应后干基无灰煤转化率为98.8%,液体产物收率达81.0%,且O质量分数大幅降低至2.80%。油溶性钼催化剂表现出优异的加氢饱和及加氢脱氧效果,促进了原料煤的氢解转化和生物油的加氢改质。固体产物的热解性质和微观形貌对比则进一步证实催化剂在反应体系中有显著的抑焦作用。An oil-soluble molybdenum-based catalyst is prepared via a microwave-assisted synthesis method and applied to the slurry phase hydrogenation coal/bio-oil co-processing reaction system.Results show that the highly dispersed nano-MoS2 formed by the sulfidation of the catalyst has abundant edge active sites.With a catalyst dosage of 800μg·g^(-1),the conversion rate of dry ash-free coal after the reaction is 98.8%,the yield of liquid products reaches 81.0%,and the mass fraction of oxygen is significantly reduced to 2.80%.The oil-soluble molybdenum catalyst exhibits excellent hydrogenation saturation and hydrodeoxygenation effects,promoting the hydrocracking conversion of raw coal and the hydro-upgrading of bio-oil.The comparison between the thermal decomposition properties and micro-morphology of solid products further confirms that the catalyst has a significant coke-inhibiting effect in the reaction system.
