摘 要:为研究预制混凝土外挂墙板预埋连接件不同锚固形式对其承载能力的影响,本文开展了四组不同锚固形式的锚栓拉拔试验,考虑的主要参数包括90°弯折后锚固段长度和是否采用预埋锚固板.试验结果表明,弯折后锚固段长度由5d增加至15d时,尽管预埋锚栓的极限承载能力有所提升,但效果并不显著,提高约8%;在水平锚固段端部设置锚固板时,预埋锚栓的极限承载能力约为15d的1.78倍,且表现出较好的延性.说明预制混凝土外挂墙板预埋连接件采用锚固板的构造形式具有良好的受力性能,且节约材料、便于施工,具有较好的工程应用前景.In order to study the influence of different anchorage forms on the bearing capacity of pre-cast concrete wall panels with pre-embedded connectors,this paper carried out four groups of pull-out tests of anchor bolts with varying forms of anchorage,and the main parameters taken into consideration included the length of the anchorage section after bending at 90°and whether or not to use pre-embedded anchorage plates.The test results show that when the length of anchorage section after bending is increased from 5d to 15d,although the ultimate bearing capacity of the pre-buried anchor bolts is increased,the effect is not significant,and the increase is about 8%;when the anchor plate is set at the end of the horizontal anchorage section,the ultimate bearing capacity of the pre-buried anchor bolts is about 1.78 times of that of the 15d,and it shows a better ductility.It shows that the pre-cast concrete exterior wall panel with pre-embedded connectors using anchorage plate construction form has good force performance,saves materials,is easy to construct,and has a better engineering application prospect.
