智慧社区信息化建设成熟度评价实证研究

摘　　要：本文首先构建了包含28个具体指标的智慧社区信息化建设成熟度评价指标体系,其次,构建智慧社区信息化建设成熟度模型,最后以成都市锦江区为例,通过层次分析法和模糊综合评价法进行评价,结果表明:构建的智慧社区信息化建设成熟度模型具有一定的适用性,可用于其他社区评价;成都市锦江区智慧社区信息化建设初步迈入“智慧发展级”,总体情况为一般,仍有较大的上升空间;在各个维度上存在很大差异,信息化基础设施完善方面得分最高,而信息化公共服务全面方面得分最低,在物业管理和社区环境方面信息化水平有待提升.建议完善信息化基础设施水平、注重社区智慧养老信息化服务、改善智慧社区信息化环境、提高居民信息化素养、提高智慧物业管理水平以提高智慧社区信息化建设成熟度.Firstly,this paper constructed an evaluation index system of the maturity of smart community informatization construction,which contained 28 specific indicators.Secondly,it constructed the maturity model of smart community informatization construction.Finally,taking the Jinjiang District of Chengdu as an example,this paper carried out the evaluation by an analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The maturity model of smart community informatization construction has certain applicability and can be used to evaluate other communities.The informatization construction of a smart community in the Jinjiang District of Chengdu has initially entered the"smart development level".The whole construction is in an ordinary situation,and there is still plenty of room for improvement.There are great differences in each dimension.The improvement of information infrastructure has the highest score,while the comprehensive information public service has the lowest score.The informatization level in property management and the community environment needs to be improved.It is suggested to improve the level of information infrastructure,pay attention to the community’s smart pension information services,improve the smart community information environment,the residents'information literacy,and the level of smart property management to increase the maturity of smart community information construction.
