摘 要:中空纤维膜具有许多优点,包括高填充密度和低比表面积,低制造成本和工艺可行性且在在几何形状上具有低污染倾向和有效的液压清洗可能性等优点.在这篇综述中概述了纳滤膜制备过程中热门的新工艺和新应用,以及中空纤维纳滤膜在水的软化、染料去除、新型污染物去除(如抗生素、持久性有机污染物等)等领域进行的应用研究.除了城市废水和饮用水工艺之外,需要关注工业应用,在一定条件下选择性分离某些物质或选择性回收特定的资源.同时笔者根据中空纤维纳滤膜目前面临的挑战对其应用前景进行了展望.Hollow fiber membranes have many advantages,including high filling density and low specific surface area,low manufacturing cost and process feasibility,low contamination tendency in geometry,and effective hydraulic cleaning possibilities.This paper reviews the hot new processes and applications of nanofiltration membranes the application research of hollow fiber nanofiltration membranes in the fields of water softening,dye removal,and removal of novel pollutants(such as antibiotics,persistent organic pollutants,etc.).In addition to municipal wastewater and drinking water processes,attention should be paid to industrial applications,where certain substances are selectively separated or specific resources are selectively recovered under certain conditions considering the challenges of hollow fiber nanofiltration membranes,the paper also discusses the application prospects.
