超流氦负压换热器设计与数值模拟研究

摘  要:利用分布参数法,对用于100 W@2 K低温系统的绕管翅式负压换热器和板翅式负压换热器进行了设计,质量流量为5 g/s。以液氦出口温度、换热效率和壳程压降作为设计指标,初步确定了两种型式的换热器尺寸。利用数值模拟的方式对该设计结果进行了校核,发现数值模拟与设计计算在换热计算上吻合较好,但在阻力计算上并不匹配。设计尺寸下,绕管翅式换热器性能指标为2.239 K、82.6%和68.12 Pa;板翅式换热器的性能指标为2.278 K、81.59%和77.49 Pa。By using the distributed parameter method,the design of a coiled fined tube and plate-fin sub-atmospheric heat exchanger with a flow rate of 5 g/s supporting a 100 W@2 K cryogenic system was carried out.Taking the liquid helium outlet temperature,heat transfer efficiency and shell pressure drop as performance indexes,the sizes of the two heat exchangers were preliminary designed.To verify the design calculation,a numerical simulation was carried out.The results showed a good agreement between numerical simulation and design calculation in heat transfer,but they were not matched in pressure drop.At design size,the three performance indexes of coiled fined tube heat exchanger were 2.239 K,82.6%and 68.12 Pa,while corresponding indexes of plate-fin heat exchanger were 2.278 K,81.59%and 77.49 Pa.
