摘  要:分析了球墨铸铁金相组织中珠光体体积分数不稳定的主要原因,从调整孕育工艺和改变铸件开箱时间两个方面,研究了球墨铸铁铸件的珠光体体积分数和力学性能。试验结果表明:将球化包内硅钡孕育剂加入量由0.35%降低至0.2%,随流孕育剂由0.1%硫氧孕育剂变为0.05%硅钡孕育剂,铸件金相组织中石墨球数变少,球径变大,珠光体体积分数由10%增加到25%;浇注后80 min开箱,铸件的金相组织中珠光体体积分数达到35%左右,力学性能也符合技术要求。The primary causes of instability in the pearlite volume fraction within the microstructure of nodular iron were analyzed.The study examined the pearlite volume fraction and mechanical properties of nodular iron castings by adjusting the inoculation process and altering the casting shakeout time.Experimental results indicated that reducing the amount of silicon-barium inoculant in the nodularizing ladle from 0.35%to 0.2%,and changing the in-stream inoculant from 0.1%sulfur-oxygen inoculant to 0.05%silicon-barium inoculant,resulted in fewer graphite nodules,larger nodule diameters,and an increase in pearlite volume fraction from 10%to 25%in the microstructure of the castings.Furthermore,when the castings were shaken out 80 minutes after pouring,the pearlite volume fraction in the microstructure reached approximately 35%,and the mechanical properties met the technical requirements.
