摘  要:为满足高爆压、大功率发动机的需求,通过选用高纯生铁、废钢,保证铁液的品质及纯净度,在化学成分设计时增加一定含量的Mo来生产气缸盖。试验表明,在铁液中加入一定含量的Mo,结合优化气缸盖的铸造工艺设计,采用喂丝蠕化处理技术,每包铁液加入镁线20 m、孕育线4 m,蠕化处理浇注后可以稳定生产出力学性能合格、无缩孔、无缩松的蠕墨铸铁气缸盖。发动机气缸盖火力面本体的抗拉强度≥500 MPa,布氏硬度200~250 HBW,蠕化率达到80%以上,符合技术要求。In order to meet the needs of high explosion pressure and high-power engines,high-purity pig iron and scrap steel were selected to ensure the quality and purity of molten iron,and a certain amount of Mo was added in the chemical compo-sition design to produce cylinder heads.The experiment showed that by adding a certain amount of Mo to the molten iron,combined with the optimization of the casting process design of the cylinder head,the wire feeding vermicular treatment technology was adopted,and 20 m of magnesium wire and 4 m of inoculation wire were added to each package of molten iron.After vermicular treatment and pouring,a vermicular graphite iron cylinder head with qualified mechanical properties,no shrinkage cavities,and no shrinkage could be stably produced.The tensile strength of the engine cylinder head combustion surface was≥500 MPa,the brinell hardness was 200~250 HBW,and the creep rate reached more than 80%,which met the technical requirements.
