摘  要:介绍了中频炉酸性炉衬炉底铁液渗透、局部过量侵蚀、炉嘴下沿扇形沟槽、炉嘴处钻铁导致的炉龄低问题。通过采用分区筑炉技术,在筑炉过程中确保现场5S标准,避免任何杂质及金属物混入炉衬,炉衬烧结一定要使用洁净规则的块状料,解决了炉底铁液渗透问题;通过规范增碳剂的加入标准,解决了炉底侵蚀(炉壁下沿大象脚)问题;通过制定铁液回炉标准,解决了炉嘴下沿扇形沟槽问题;通过改进结合面,解决了炉嘴钻铁问题。最后指出:通过解决炉衬异常侵蚀,提高了炉衬寿命,减轻了员工劳动强度,改善了工作环境。The issue of short furnace life caused by iron liquid penetration at the furnace bottom,localized excessive erosion,fan-shaped grooves at the lower edge of the furnace nozzle,and iron drilling at the furnace nozzle in medium frequency furnaces with acidic linings was introduced.By adopting a zoned furnace construction technique and ensuring the 5S standards on-site during furnace construction,the process avoided any impurities or metallic materials mixing into the lining.Clean and regular lump materials were used for the lining sintering,solving the issue of molten iron penetration at the furnace bottom.The problem of erosion at the furnace bottom(such as the elephant foot at the lower furnace wall)was addressed by standardizing the addition of carbon agents.The sector-shaped grooves at the lower edge of the furnace nozzle were resolved by establishing a standard for returning molten iron to the furnace.The issue of iron drilling at the furnace nozzle was solved by improving the joint faces.Finally,it was pointed out that by addressing abnormal erosion of the furnace lining,the service life of the furnace lining was extended,reducing workers'labor intensity and improving the working environment.
