摘　　要：新型文化业态作为一种与互联网和数字技术迭代升级相适应、相匹配、相融合的新型产业组织形态,已经成为推动我国文化产业高质量发展的新生力量。新型文化业态分为数字文化业态、网络视听业态、虚拟现实文化业态、体验式文化业态、创意设计式文化业态、跨界融合文化业态等类型。新型文化业态在为公众带来丰富文化体验的同时,也伴随着一定的安全风险。新型文化业态安全保障机制的目标是保障文化内容安全、提升文化技术安全、维护文化安全信息、促进文化市场安全、巩固文化意识安全、完善文化法律法规安全。随着新型文化业态的快速发展,安全保障机制的优化成为推动其健康发展的关键。As a novel industry organizational form that aligns with the iterative upgrades and integration of the internet and digital technologies,the new cultural formats have become a significant driving force for the highquality development of China’s cultural industry.These new cultural formats include digital cultural formats,online audiovisual formats,virtual reality cultural formats,experiential cultural formats,creative design cultural formats,and cross-border integration cultural formats.While these new cultural formats provide the public with rich cultural experiences,they also come with certain security risks.The goal of the security assurance mechanism for new cultural formats is to ensure the security of cultural content,enhance cultural technology security,maintain cultural information security,promote cultural market security,consolidate cultural awareness security,and improve cultural laws and regulations security.With the rapid development of new cultural formats,optimizing the security assurance mechanism has become crucial for promoting their healthy development.
