摘　　要：随着乌克兰危机影响的外溢,“北极例外论”逐渐退潮,北极空间正义问题愈发凸显。从空间辩证法的视角出发,摒弃线性思维,同质性与差异性构成北极制度空间建构的张力。北极国家通过产权模式和国际制度性话语权的建构,试图构建“同质化—碎片化—等级化”的空间形态。而随着乌克兰危机的催化作用的发挥,被同质性空间所压抑的空间解构力量得到释放,北极制度空间目前呈现出元叙事缺位、机制竞合的后现代多元特征。在介入机制方面,北约机制对北极空间进行纯粹的非理性解构,欧盟转变了其以往参与北极的中性角色,金砖国家合作机制则代表着新兴进步力量的崛起。同质性空间结构在当前北极制度空间中仍占据主导地位,但是金砖国家合作机制等多元新兴进步力量同样不容忽视。在北极元叙事缺位的情形下,人类命运共同体应成为应对北极挑战、摆脱当前困境的重要叙事。With the spillover effects of the Ukraine crisis,the notion of“Arctic exceptionalism”has gradually diminished,and the issue of space justice in the Arctic has come to the forefront.From the perspective of spatial dialectics,and by moving away from linear thinking,homogeneity and difference form the tension at the core of Arctic institutional space construction.Arctic nations,through the establishment of property rights models and the exercise of international institutional discourse power,have sought to shape the Arctic’s spatial form into a progression of“homogenization-fragmentation-hierarchy.”However,the catalytic impact of the Ukraine crisis has helped to release the spatial deconstructive forces previously suppressed by homogeneity,leading to a present Arctic institutional space characterized by postmodern,pluralistic traits—marked by the absence of a meta-narrative and ongoing competition and cooperation among mechanisms.In terms of intervention,NATO’s actions have brought about an irrational deconstruction of Arctic space,while the EU has shifted from a neutral participant to a more active role in Arctic affairs.The BRICS cooperation mechanism,symbolizing the rise of new progressive forces,represents an emerging influence.At present,the Arctic institutional space remains largely dominated by homogeneity,but the increasing role of emerging and progressive forces,such as BRICS,cannot be ignored.In light of the absence of a clear Arctic meta-narrative,the concept of“a community with a shared future for mankind”should emerge as a key narrative for addressing Arctic challenges and overcoming the current dilemmas.
