摘　　要：基于产业价值链构建红色旅游高质量发展概念模型及指标体系,本文运用综合评价模型和障碍度模型定量评价桂林市红色旅游发展质量及障碍因素。研究发现桂林市红色旅游高质量发展态势良好,总体呈上升趋势。桂林市红色旅游受政策影响显著,在2015年与2020年两个关键时点出现明显变化。基础不完善和方向不明确将会严重阻碍红色旅游高质量发展。未来应在地区需求差异的基础上,实施针对性优化策略,为桂林市红色旅游高质量发展提供经济新动能,助力构建世界级旅游城市。Based on the industrial value chain,a conceptual model and indicator system for high-quality development of red tourism are constructed.This article uses a comprehensive evaluation model and an obstacle degree model to quantitatively evaluate the quality and obstacle factors of red tourism development in Guilin city.Research has found that the high-quality development trend of red tourism in Guilin is good,with an overall upward trend.Guilin's red tourism has been significantly affected by policies,with significant changes occurring at two key points in 2015 and 2020.The incomplete foundation and unclear direction will seriously hinder the high-quality development of red tourism.In the future,targeted optimization strategies should be implemented based on regional demand differences to provide new economic momentum for the high-quality development of Guilin's red tourism and help build a world-class tourist city.
