摘　　要：临床药师全程参与桥本甲状腺炎合并可疑青少年隐匿性自身免疫糖尿病患儿的治疗,通过查阅指南共识及文献,分析药物特点并进行风险评估,协助医师优化治疗方案,临床药师密切监测疗效及用药安全性,并实施用药教育、用药提醒等药学监护。患儿血糖达标,治疗期间未发生严重不良反应,保证了治疗的顺利实施,促进合理用药。临床药师通过开展药学监护,有助于促进个体化给药,提高治疗的有效性和安全性。Clinical pharmacists were involved in the treatment of children with Hashimoto's thyroiditis combined with suspected juvenile occult autoimmune diabetes ellitus.By reviewing the guidelines,consensus and literature,analysing the characteristics of the drugs and carrying out risk assessment,and assisting the physicians to optimize the treatment plan,the clinical pharmacists closely monitored the therapeutic efficacy and safety of medication,and implemented pharmacological supervision such as medication education and medication reminder.The child's blood glucose reached the standard,and no serious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment,which ensured the smooth implementation of the treatment and promoted the rational use of medication.By carrying out pharmacological supervision,clinical pharmacists can help promote individualised drug administration and improve the effectiveness and safety of treatment.
