体医融合协同创新:理论阐释、运行机制与战略构想

摘　　要：运用协同理论、整合创新理论,以“政府-市场-社会”三大要素的协同互动机制为主线,分析政府、市场、社会协同机制中的体医融合协同创新。研究认为,政府、市场、社会三者协同发力推进体医融合协同创新发展,应明确政府顶层设计的宏观政策端激励、市场中观健康产业供给端驱动、社会微观主体健康消费的需求端发力的结构逻辑。推进体医融合高质量发展战略设计:政府维度,打造体医融合协同创新的“有为政府”;市场维度,建设体医融合协同创新的“有效市场”;社会维度,构建体医融合协同创新的“有力社会”。Based on the theories of collaborative innovation and integrated innovation,this study focuses on the collaborative interaction mechanism of the three critical elements of“government market society”,and studies the collaborative innovation of sports and medicine integration in the collaborative mechanism of government,market,and society.Research suggests that the government,market,and society work together to promote the collaborative innovation and development of sports medicine integration.It is necessary to establish a structural logic of macro policy incentives designed by the government at the top level.It is advisable to ensure the supply driven by the meso health industry in the market,and demand driven health consumption from micro social entities,and then accordingly to conduct the strategic road-map.The government dimension is to create a“promising government”that integrates sports and medicine for collaborative innovation;Market dimension:building an“effective market”for the integration of sports and medicine and collaborative innovation;Social dimension:Building a“powerful society”for collaborative innovation in the integration of sports and medicine,and accelerating the development of high quality integration of sports and medicine.
