钟摆式治理:体育非遗传承中文化凝固的生成机制及其反思——基于洪湖凤舟的田野观察

摘　　要：基于我国非物质文化遗产活态传承的时代要求,将体育非遗传承中文化凝固的经验问题放置到动态的历史情境中,运用深度访谈以及参与式观察的方法对改革开放以来洪湖凤舟基层治理的“钟摆故事”进行民族志书写。研究认为,洪湖凤舟基层治理依次历经返场动员、展演行动、授牌悬置以及申遗合谋的过程性事件,并在“强伦理-弱权力”“弱伦理-强权力”“弱伦理-弱权力”以及“强伦理-强权力”的4维钟摆类型中生成兼具情境性、历时性与类型化的钟摆式治理,为理解体育非遗传承中文化凝固的经验提供新的解释框架。据此,提出我国体育非物质文化遗产钟摆式治理所必须重视的结构性反思及其实践性启示。Based on the requirements of the living inheritance of intangible cultural heritage in China,this paper places the experience of cultural solidification in the inheritance of sports intangible cultural heritage into a dynamic historical situation,and using the methods of in-depth interviews,and participatory observation to write ethnographic stories of the swing of the grassroots governance of phoenix boat in Honghu city since the reform and opening up.According to the research,the grassroots governance of phoenix boat in Honghu city has undergone the process events of return mobilization,performance action,licensing and suspension of the award and the complicity of the world heritage application,and generated the pendulum governance of both situational,diachronic and typed pendulum-style governance in the four-dimensional pendulum types of“strong ethic-weak power”,“weak ethic-strong power”,“weak ethic-weak power”and“strong ethic-strong power”.It provides a new framework for understanding the experience of cultural solidification in sports intangible cultural heritage,and puts forward the structural reflection and discussion that must be paid attention to in the pendulum management of sports intangible cultural heritage in China.
