摘　　要：大学生高质量就业关乎高校人才培养、社会和谐稳定以及国家未来发展。在“专业-产业-职业-就业”四业贯通的理论依循下,高校体育专业大学生高质量就业体现了以高等体育教育现代化为内在诉求、以创新驱动发展战略为外在规约、以满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要为价值旨归、以中国式现代化体育强国建设为目标指向的内在逻辑。针对人才培养、就业市场、个体素质、服务体系等方面存在的现实问题,提出融合蓄力构建全链条就业培养格局、整合聚力完善全口径就业推进机制、精准发力提升全方位就业适应成效、全面倾力打造全覆盖就业保障体系等助力高校体育专业大学生高质量就业的实践进路。High-quality employment of college students is related to talent cultivation in universities,social harmony and stability,and the future development of the country.Under the guidance of the theory of“specialty-industry-occupation-employment”,the high-quality employment of college students majoring in physical education embodies the internal logic of taking the modernization of higher physical education as the internal demand,innovation-driven development strategy as the external statute,meeting the people's growing needs for a better life as the value aim and building a Chinese-style modern sports power as the goal.In view of the practical issues in talent cultivation,job market,individual quality,service system,and other aspects,this paper puts forward some practical approaches to help college students majoring in physical education obtain high-quality employment,such as building a full-chain employment training pattern,integrating efforts to improve the full-caliber employment promotion mechanism,accurately exerting efforts to improve the adaptability of all-round employment,and making full efforts to build a full-coverage employment security system.
