摘 要:驱动桥作为汽车传动系统的重要总成之一,其性能优劣直接影响汽车的动力性和经济性,而作为保证驱动桥性能的一个重要环节就是主从动锥齿轮的装配。其中,影响主从动锥齿轮装配质量的两个因素是齿轮接触区和侧隙。提出一种结合Gems软件仿真来制定垫片调整方案的方法,以某乘用车驱动桥为研究对象,通过模拟异常的装配状态,分析装配误差出现的原因,并结合仿真计算结果和实际装配数据来推算合理的装配方案,最后通过考核实际装调后齿轮接触区和侧隙质量来验证改进效果。通过以上手段,可以快速分析异常装配的原因,提出相应的改进方案,优化主从动锥齿轮装配流程,进一步提升驱动桥总成装配的效率。As one of the important components of the automotive transmission system,the performance of the drive axle directly affects the power and economy of the vehicle.The assembly of hypoid gears is an important step to ensure the performance of the drive axle.Among them,two factors that affect the assembly quality of hypoid gears are the gear contact area and backlash.Proposing a method of combining Gems software simulation to develop a gasket adjustment plan.Taking a passenger car drive axle as the research object,the abnormal assembly state is simulated,the reasons for assembly errors are analyzed,and a reasonable assembly plan is calculated based on simulation results and actual assembly data.Finally,the improvement effect is verified by assessing the quality of the gear contact area and backlash after actual assembly.Through the above methods,it is possible to quickly analyze the causes of abnormal assembly,propose corresponding improvement plans,optimize the assembly process of hypoid gears,and further improve the efficiency of the assembly of the drive axle assembly.
