摘  要:新能源电动汽车变速器或减速器高转速高转矩要求,使得其齿轮和轴之间的联接采用了压配后焊接工艺。在该焊接工艺的应用过程中,齿轮磨齿后出现了诸多齿轮参数不合格的误差问题。针对此加工误差问题,主要从磨齿前齿坯定位误差、热处理变形和焊接变形三个方面进行试验分析研究。研究结果表明,焊接工艺对齿轮同一齿侧的齿向误差fHβ具有一致性减小或增大影响,对跨棒距M值具有减小影响,对齿距累积误差Fp增大影响最大。磨齿前齿坯定位误差、热处理变形和焊接变形三者总体上比较,热处理变形最大,其次是定位误差,焊接变形最小。通过有效控制以上三者的误差影响,压配焊接后磨齿能够得到合格较好的齿轮精度。The high-speed and high torque requirements of new energy electric vehicle transmissions or reducers require the use of pressure fitting and welding processes for the connection between gears and shafts.During the application of this welding process,many gear parameter errors occurred after gear grinding.Focusing on the issue of machining errors and mainly conducts experimental analysis and research from three aspects:positioning errors of gear blanks before grinding,heat treatment deformation,and welding deformation.The welding process had a consistent decreasing or increasing effect on the tooth profile error fHβ on the same tooth side of the gear,a decreasing effect on the cross bar distance M value,and the greatest effect on the cμmulative tooth pitch error Fp increase.Overall,the positioning error,heat treatment deformation,and welding deformation of the gear blank before grinding are compared.Heat treatment deformation was the largest,followed by positioning error,while welding deformation was the smallest.By effectively controlling the error effects of the above three factors,grinding teeth after press fit welding could achieve qualified and good gear accuracy.
